To ensure safe delivery, the bed arrives compressed in a Furhaven box - the partner I specifically vetted for their industry-leading orthopedic quality. The foam core will fully expand and settle into its intended Mocha Cloud shape within 24 - 48 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please allow the bed 24-48 hours to fully expand before deciding - texture and loft settle in after unboxing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at hello@puppity.co with your Shopify order number (found in your confirmation email). Please note that returns are handled directly through Puppity, not any third party, and must be sent to: [433 S Lake St. #215 Los Angeles, CA 90057]

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
